Delivery Policy

At GetVinStatus, all products and services are delivered digitally.

No physical item will be shipped.

1. Delivery Method

VIN reports and related services may be delivered through:

  • On-screen access
  • Email delivery
  • Download access
  • Customer dashboard/account access

2. Delivery Time

Most reports are delivered within:

  • a few minutes,
  • or up to 15–30 minutes depending on processing and verification requirements.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to:

  • system processing,
  • payment verification
  • maintenance,
  • or third-party data availability.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • entering the correct email address,
  • checking spam/junk folders,
  • entering the correct VIN before purchase.

Failure to access an already delivered report does not constitute non-delivery.

4. Delivery Confirmation

We maintain delivery records including:

  • timestamps,
  • report access logs,
  • email delivery logs,
  • and transaction verification records.

These records may be used for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

If you experience any issue accessing your report, contact support before opening any dispute or chargeback.
